Refund/ Shipping Policy

We will ship out your product within 24-48hrs after order is received. All claims for damaged product must be made within 24 hours of receipt of product. Please contact us at info@pineapplewellness.com during that time and we will resolve the issue.  Once your return has been authorized you will be responsible for returning the unused portion of the product to us. Upon our receipt of the returned product we will refund your purchase price (less shipping expenses and any prorations for product consumption) to your original form of payment.
